Gophers make offer to small forward Kyle Kuzma

Richard Pitino and company made an offer to small forward Kyle Kuzma of Rise Academy in Philadelphia over the weekend. Kuzma, a three-star recruit, measures in at 6-foot-8 and 200 pounds.

In addition to Minnesota, Kuzma, a native of Burton, Mich. outside of Flint, has received offers from Memphis, Florida State, Penn State and Missouri, to name a few.

Kuzma would be a solid addition to Minnesota’s Class of 2014, which currently sits empty. He is also one of only three small forwards the Gophers have made an offer to — the others are Marial Shayok of Ottawa and Terry Larrier of the Bronx.
