Hundreds of fans sent their well-wishes to Gophers head coach Jerry Kill on Thursday via Twitter after learning of Kill’s indefinite leave from football to treat his epilepsy.
The third-year Minnesota head coach has missed two games this season after suffering seizures. Despite a seasoned coaching staff around him that can lead the Gophers without missing a beat, Kill ultimately decided it was time to step away and put his health in front of football.
Here’s some of the fan reaction to the news.
God Bless, Jerry Kill. #Gophers

Serious Question: Has Jerry Kill coached his final game in Maroon & Gold? I love the guy, but so much stress. #Gophers
