The Michigan Wolverines had every chance to become the top team in the country in the 11th week of the college basketball season, but instead, fell to No. 5 overall as Louisville leaped Michigan for the top ranking.

Minnesota will remain in the top 10 after losing to Indiana on Saturday. The Gophers slipped one spot to No. 8 while Indiana, formerly No. 5, improved to the second overall ranking.

Duke fell from No. 1 to third after losing to NC State on Saturday and Ohio State is ranked No. 11 after beating Michigan on Sunday.

The Gophers will host the Wolverines on Thursday as both teams look to avoid a losing streak.
