Austin Hollins has eight points to lead the Gophers, but he sat out the majority of the first-half after committing two fouls early.

Minnesota has turned the ball over 10 times in the first-half but are hanging on thanks to rebounding and shooting 5-of-7 from beyond the arch.

Trevor Mbakwe has four points, but grabbed six rebounds and blocked four shots for the Gophers.

Julian Welch has eight points off the bench on 3-for-3 shooting.

Michigan’s Trey Burke has 10 points and three assists.
