Minnesota added its second defensive end to the Class of 2014 on Sunday with three-star Canadian recruit Julien Kafo — the ninth recruit in his class.
Kafo, a 6-foot-4, 240 pound weakside defensive end was considering offers from Connecticut, Indiana as well as Pittsburgh before ultimately choosing the Gophers after making an official visit over the weekend.
He’s currently attending Vanier College in Montreal.
The other defensive end that has committed is Andrew Stelter of Owatonna — a three-star recruit who made his decision over the summer.
