Murray started his senior season on a high note, with an interception and a forced fumble against TCU. This week brings what is likely to be a frequent matchup against Colorado State wide receiver Rashard Higgins, who led the country in receiving yards (1,750) and receiving touchdowns (17) last year and started 2015 strongly last week (seven catches for 84 yards and a touchdown). If the Gophers are able to limit Higgins’ production on Saturday afternoon, Murray will be the No. 1 reason.
