1. Minnesota QB Mitch Leidner
Leidner set career-highs for completions (26) and passing yards (301) against Nebraska, which is clearly not the way the Gophers can win games. He has to be efficient as a passer against a tough Michigan defense, ideally without 40 pass attempts for the second straight game, and if he struggles Leidner could find himself on the bench fairly quickly on Saturday night.
